Important note for users of ProductivitySuite and CrimeAnalyst
In order to be able to upgrade to ArcGIS 10, please make sure you complete the steps below in the following order:
- Uninstall ProductivitySuite and/or CrimeAnalyst
- Upgrade ArcGIS to 10
- When available, install the ArcGIS 10 compatible version of ProductivitySuite/CrimeAnalyst
In particular, it is important not to uninstall ArcGIS 9 or upgrade it to ArcGIS 10 without first uninstalling CrimeAnalyst and ProductivitySuite.
